Refund policy

All sales at PARADICE® are final. We do not offer refunds.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges for a different size or color within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

To start an exchange, email us at support@rweinparadice.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to exchange. We'll confirm availability and provide instructions for sending your item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll ship out the replacement.

Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at support@rweinparadice.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
