Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Domestic shipping (USA)

• Standard shipping: 3–8 business days after processing.
• FREE standard shipping on all US orders over $150 USD.

International shipping

• We ship to select countries worldwide. Available countries and shipping rates are shown at checkout.
• International orders ship with USPS or DHL Express, depending on your location and the option you choose at checkout.

Order issues

• If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us within 7 days at support@rweinparadice.com.
• PARADICE® is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs, but we will always help you track down your order.
