Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Domestic shipping (USA)

• Standard shipping: 3–8 business days after processing.
• FREE standard shipping on all US orders over $200 USD.

International shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Follow @rweinparadice on Instagram for international availability updates.

Order issues

• If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, contact us within 7 days at support@rweinparadice.com.
• PARADICE® is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs, but we will always help you track down your order.
